Textured stone, an oversized Tzalam door, a single banana palm. Inside, the stair splits the villa: six steps up to a terrace above the greenery, six down to the pool deck. After dark, the stone goes into relief and the villa turns inward.

Yes. The residential community has controlled gated entry and 24-hour security. Casa Arroyo Blanco also has seven exterior cameras and private keyless entry.
